Outside The Lines

An fasted paced survivor-like (future CCG deck building) minimalistic game that uses lots of colors and shapes.

DISCLAIMER: Saying this game is in early development stages would be overselling it. This is simply a functioning prototype and system for a game I'm working on. Expect bugs, but also feedback is very much appreciated :)

Outside The Lines is a very much work in progress, fast-paced, survivors like game that uses very minimal art. You point and click the mouse to guide your character, gathering the experience the shapes drop, increasing your stats and gaining weapons that have upgrades you can also roll to unlock. Most of the work done so far has been setting up systems for the future development, but i wanted to get the first layer gameplay loop finished to see if you guys would like it. Some of this is placeholder some of it isn't. I don't want to promise too much or spoil too much, but my general idea, and how i have it set up for future production, is to have it so that you can build decks that dictate what cards you can pull from during each run. The weapons probably being a separate category. That's all I'll say or promise for now, but i hope you enjoy where it is now! If you have any suggestions, feedback, error reports, let me know!

Current Features:

-3 Different enemy variants.

-3 Weapons to get + starter weapon all with 1st tier branch for upgrades(more later)

- 5-10 Unique item cards to alter stats such as health, fire rate, regeneration, etc.

- Fluid movement with endless increasing waves.

-2 Splatter effects that can effect the background in certain ways. (More secrets hidden in map and effects in later builds)
